One on One Personal Training
People hire a trainer for many different reasons. It's an easy way to make it to the gym. It makes it harder to skip workouts by having an appointment and a trainer waiting for you. Sometimes you may need the extra motivation to get out of a rut, or you may need a new workout program. You may want to get into shape before a wedding, vacation, or special occasion. Maybe you're not getting the results you are looking for in the gym due to wrong techniques and form, over training, wrong nutrition and diet, or lack of sleep. As a personal trainer, I will find out what's wrong, or not working correctly, by sitting you down before a session and reviewing your routine inside and outside of the gym. I am available to my clients 24/7 through email and am extremely responsive to my clients' questions.
In addition to the personal training I offer at Fitness First in Tyson's Corner, VA, I am also available for personal training at your home, office, or gym (if eligible). Other Services
The 12-week workout and/or nutritional programs
At this time I am offering additional services other than personal training. You may want a new routine but not a personal trainer. This is why I also develop individual workout programs for a 12-week period. The program includes free email consultation during the 12 weeks. This service allows you to train alone while trying a new routine. Changing your workout every couple of weeks enables you to maximize results in the gym and prevents you from reaching a plateau.
Additionally, I provide individualized nutritional programs. I offer this service with or without training. You may know how to workout but not how to fuel your body properly for the best results. The nutrition plan is a great way to establish new and/or proper eating habits. You will gain a better understanding about fueling your body and will learn what type of diet works best for your body type. During the 12-week period I will provide detailed meal plans, including information on what to eat, when to eat, and why your are eating it.
These workout and/or nutritional programs work as follows:
- Schedule a one-hour kick-off meeting or phone call. From there I will be able to design a personalized 12-week workout plan and/or nutrition plan. (Please be prepared to describe a typical weeks workout and diet.)
- Follow up: After both the 1st and 2nd month we will meet again to review your progress. I will determine whether to adjust your routine or keep it the same to maximize your results.
- Finally, at the end of the 12-week period we will have a recap meeting and decide whether you want to continue for another full month.
